Industry Watches: Every HBO Character's Watch, and Henry's Heirloom Rolex
Industry Watches: Every HBO Character's Watch, and Henry's Heirloom Rolex
Industry is the HBO drama about young bankers in London, and it is unusual among watch-spotting shows because its costume designer talks about the watches on the record. Laura Smith draws up a “watch plot” for every episode and has explained many choices to GQ. This guide goes character by character through seasons 3 and 4, covers the watches that drive scenes, and marks how well each one is documented.
The short answer
The best-documented watches are Henry Muck 's 1974 Rolex Datejust , Yasmin 's inherited Cartier Tank Louis , Harper Stern 's Cartier Tank Must and Eric Tao 's Omega Speedmaster Professional , all named by Smith. Exact reference numbers mostly come from one price site, Loupe, and Loupe's Datejust reference is not backed by Smith or GQ. Season 4 ended on March 1, 2026, and HBO has renewed the show for a fifth and final season with no premiere date found.

How we label the evidence
Confirmed means a costume designer, prop department, the brand or the show itself said so, or multiple reputable outlets agree and cite a source. Reported means a single reputable outlet or database reports it. We leave out other fan speculation, and where sources disagree we say so. All prices are in US dollars and are indicative; check current listings before buying.
Henry Muck (Kit Harington)
Henry's watch is the show's clearest inherited-wealth object. Creators Mickey Down and Konrad Kay scripted a Datejust or Day-Date old enough to be an heirloom, and Smith found a 1974 Datejust with a leather strap at a dealer she knew. She says 1974 was the year of his father's 18th birthday. In season 4, episode 2, Yasmin gives it to Henry on his 40th birthday, and he finds “RM” (Reginald Muck) engraved on the back.
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | Where you see it | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rolex Datejust (1974, leather strap) | Not stated by GQ or Smith; Loupe lists 16233 | Confirmed | Season 4, from episode 2, worn through the season including the finale. Smith: “It's a 1974 Rolex Datejust” | $8,255 Loupe market value for a 16233 (undated page, retrieved Oct 25, 2026); 16233 listings ~$3,495–$6,413 the same day |
| Apple Watch, then an unidentified analogue watch | Not identified | Confirmed | Season 3. Smith says he went from an Apple Watch for two episodes to an analogue watch described as his father's for the final four | — |
Loupe calls the Datejust a two-tone ref. 16233. GQ says only 1974, a leather strap and the “RM” engraving. Loupe does not say where its reference comes from, so treat it as unverified.
Yasmin Kara-Hanani (Marisa Abela)
Yasmin wears the old-money Cartier that other characters copy. GQ describes her Tank Louis Cartier as inherited, in rose gold, and her maid Molly's Cartier Tank dupe as an imitation of it. Smith named the watch as a “Tank Louis Cartier Large” in season 3.
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | Where you see it | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cartier Tank Louis (rose gold, inherited) | WJTA0010 per Loupe only | Confirmed | Seasons 3 and 4. Smith names a Tank Louis Cartier Large in 2024; GQ and Loupe call it inherited in season 4 | $12,175 Loupe market value (undated page, retrieved Oct 25, 2026) |
| Molly's Cartier Tank dupe (Yasmin's maid) | Imitation; not identified | Confirmed | Season 4, per GQ and Loupe. GQ calls it an ape of the real Tank on her employer's wrist | — |
Harper Stern (Myha'la)
Harper copies the codes of the people she works for. Smith says her Tank was the first thing she bought as a kind of arrival, while working with Petra in season 3, and that she took the cue from Yasmin's Cartier and Otto's Santos. In season 4 she adds watches from her new status. Sources disagree on one of them.
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | Where you see it | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cartier Tank Must | WSTA0041 per Loupe only | Confirmed | Season 3 onward. Smith names it in 2024 and says Harper kept it in season 4 | $3,679 Loupe market value; unworn listings ~$2,787–$2,920 (Chrono24 via Loupe), both retrieved Oct 25, 2026 |
| TAG Heuer (Date Link per GQ and Loupe) | Date Link; no reference | Confirmed | Season 4. Smith says Harper added a “Tag”; the model name comes from GQ and Loupe | — |
| Oris Aquis or an Omega (sources conflict) | Not identified | Uncertain | Season 4. GQ (Jan 27) and Loupe say Oris Aquis; Smith, in a Feb 26 interview, says Harper added “an Omega” | — |
Search results sometimes say Harper wears a Cartier Santos. That is wrong: Smith says the Santos-Dumont XL is Otto Mostyn's.
Eric Tao (Ken Leung)
Eric wears Omega, and nothing else. Smith named his Speedmaster Professional in season 3, and GQ says his focus on Omega continues in season 4 with two Globemasters.
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | Where you see it | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Omega Speedmaster Professional | 310.30.42.50.01.002 per Loupe only | Confirmed | Seasons 3 and 4. Smith names a Speedmaster Professional in 2024; Loupe ties the highlighted one to season 4, episode 6 | $7,542 Loupe market value (undated page, retrieved Oct 25, 2026) |
| Omega Constellation Globemaster (two) | Not identified | Reported | Season 4, per GQ (Jan 27) and IMWDb. Loupe says two Globemasters in rotation | — |
Rishi Ramdani (Sagar Radia)
Rishi's watches track his collapse. In season 3 Smith says he wore a Rolex Sea-Dweller bought with his first compensation package, with a date on it chosen to mark a moment at Pierpoint, plus a TAG Heuer Connected. GQ says he handed the Sea-Dweller to a man he owed money. In season 4, broke, he has a generic watch meant to look a little like a Tudor or a Rolex “but isn't quite that.”
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | Where you see it | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rolex Sea-Dweller | Smith: “Sea-Dweller 2001”; Loupe lists 126600 | Confirmed | Season 3, then handed away. Brand and model are Smith's; the reference is not | $13,913 Loupe market value for a 126600 (undated page, retrieved Oct 25, 2026) |
| TAG Heuer Connected | Smartwatch | Confirmed | Season 3, per Smith | — |
| Generic Tudor- or Rolex-style watch | Not a real model | Confirmed | Season 4, per Smith | — |
Loupe's 126600 does not obviously match Smith's “2001”, which she presents as a date that matters to the character. We could not resolve it.
Whitney Halberstram (Max Minghella)
Whitney, the season 4 villain, changes watches to mirror whoever he is courting. Smith says his choices “were about elements of mirroring people he wanted to draw close” and that she wanted to show he “mirrors people to a point and then drops them.” She puts the rotation at about five watches.
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | Where you see it | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hublot Big Bang | Not identified | Confirmed | Season 4, early scenes with Jonah. Smith and GQ both name it | — |
| TAG Heuer Monaco | Not identified | Reported | Season 4, when he first meets Harper, per GQ. Smith says only that he has a “Tag” | — |
| Longines Conquest Central Power | Not identified | Reported | Season 4, episode 6 “Dear Henry,” per GQ. Smith calls his Longines a “reissue of a 1930s style”, which may not match | — |
| Omega (model not named) | Not identified | Confirmed | Season 4, per Smith and GQ | — |
| Plain field watch | Not identified | Reported | Season 4 finale, per GQ, as he divests the “marks of his success” | — |
Otto Mostyn, Jonah Atterbury and the wider cast (Roger Barclay, Kal Penn, Sarah Goldberg and others)
Smith gave GQ several more identifications. Cartier suits private wealth management, tech favours Hublot, and traders in Canary Wharf wear Omega and TAG Heuer, she says.
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | Where you see it | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Otto Mostyn: Cartier Santos-Dumont XL | XL | Confirmed | Season 3, per Smith. GQ says he is still a Cartier man in season 4 | — |
| Jonah Atterbury: Hublot | Not identified | Reported | Season 4, per GQ; he and Whitney both wear Hublots for a time | — |
| Jenni Bevan: Oris Aquis Date Upcycle | Recycled-plastic dial | Reported | Season 4, per GQ (Jan 27) | — |
| Bill Adler: Omega Seamaster | Not identified | Confirmed | Season 3, per Smith | — |
| Lord Norton: Carl F. Bucherer Manero PowerReserve | Not identified | Confirmed | Season 3, per Smith | — |
| Ali El Mansour: Montblanc, Rado and Carl F. Bucherer | Not identified | Confirmed | Season 3. Smith says he wore a different watch every time he appeared | — |
| Petra Koenig: Omega, sportier model | Not identified | Reported | Season 3. The line is the Workwear Inc. writer's, not Smith's | — |
Sweetpea Gollightly and Rob Spearing (Miriam Petche, Harry Lawtey)
Sweetpea has no watch, and that is deliberate. Smith told Workwear Inc. that Sweetpea is “a very phone-based person,” so there was “no watch at all for her – ever.” We found no source naming a watch for Rob.
Watches that drive scenes
Three watches carry moments in the story. None of these scene details comes from us watching the episodes; they come from GQ and Loupe.
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | In the story | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Henry's father's Rolex Datejust | 1974; “RM” engraved | Confirmed | Season 4, episode 2: Yasmin gives it to Henry on his 40th birthday after finding it in a cabinet and having it serviced. It unnerves him, because his father died on his own 40th birthday. Smith says the gift shows how little Yasmin and Henry know each other. It is on his wrist in the finale confrontation with Whitney | $8,255 Loupe market value for a 16233 |
| Rishi's Rolex Sea-Dweller | See Rishi above | Reported | Season 3: Rishi gives the watch to a man he owes money, per GQ and Loupe. In season 4 he wears a look-alike | $13,913 Loupe market value for a 126600 |
| Molly's Tank dupe beside Yasmin's Tank Louis | Imitation vs inherited | Confirmed | Season 4, per GQ and Loupe, used to show the gap between inherited and imitated wealth | — |
GQ also says watches tend to vanish from characters' wrists when they are taking drugs or doing something worse, to protect the brands' relationships. Smith confirms the show still does “tactical manoeuvres with the timepieces.”
Inherited, bought and borrowed
Smith's through-line is that Industry's watches show where money comes from. Henry and Yasmin inherit theirs, while Harper and Eric buy theirs, and Smith says their growing collections are what they could pass down. She also says the lack of very high-end pieces is deliberate, because the younger characters are only at their “first flush of full wealth,” and that the Richard Milles “will have to wait.”

| Watch | Why it fits | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|
| Cartier Tank Must WSTA0041 (unworn) | Harper's Tank Must | ~$2,787–$2,920 listings; $3,679 market value |
| Rolex Datejust 16233 (pre-owned) | The reference Loupe gives for Henry's watch | ~$3,495–$6,413 listings |
| Omega Speedmaster Professional 310.30.42.50.01.002 | Eric's Speedmaster | $7,542 market value |
Myths and mix-ups, corrected
- “Harper wears a Cartier Santos.” The Santos-Dumont XL is Otto Mostyn's. Harper's Cartier is a Tank Must.
- “Henry's Datejust is a 16233.” Only Loupe gives that reference. Smith says only that it is a 1974 Datejust.
- “Harper bought her Tank this season.” Smith says she had it in season 3. Loupe's text implies she bought it after watching others in season 3.
- “Harper's third watch is an Oris Aquis.” GQ and Loupe say Oris. Smith, in a Feb 26 interview, says Omega. We could not settle it.
- “Rishi's Sea-Dweller is a 126600.” Loupe's reference does not obviously fit Smith's “2001.” Treat it as unverified.
