Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz Watches: Two Rolex Testimonees, Two Daytonas
Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz Watches: Two Rolex Testimonees, Two Daytonas
Two of the leading men in tennis wear the same watch family. Jannik Sinner is reported wearing an Everose gold Rolex Daytona, ref. 126515LN , with a pink Sundust dial, for both of his Wimbledon wins, the second on July 12, 2026. Carlos Alcaraz is reported wearing a yellow gold Daytona, ref. 126518LN , with a turquoise dial, from his 2025 French Open win. Both are Rolex Testimonees. This guide separates what outlets have seen on their wrists from what is only a market comparable, and corrects one popular claim about an auction lot.
The short answer
Every identification below is reported from broadcast and event photos, because Rolex's own pages did not open for us and no player or brand statement names a watch. Sinner: the 126515LN at Wimbledon 2025 and 2026, matched by four outlets. Alcaraz: the 126518LN turquoise dial at Roland-Garros 2025, matched by several outlets and referenced in a Phillips catalogue essay. The Phillips lot that sold for $107,950 in June 2026 is a same-model example with a December 2025 guarantee card, not the watch Alcaraz wore. We found no tribute or limited edition for either player.

How we label the evidence
Confirmed means a costume designer, prop department, the brand or the show itself said so, or multiple reputable outlets agree and cite a source. Reported means a single reputable outlet or database reports it. We leave out other fan speculation, and where sources disagree we say so. All prices are in US dollars and are indicative; check current listings before buying.
Jannik Sinner (Rolex Testimonee since 2020)
Sinner beat Alexander Zverev in the 2026 Wimbledon final on July 12, 2026, 6-7, 7-6, 6-3, 6-4, to defend his title. Haute Time, Elite Traveler, WatchTime and Gear Patrol all report the same watch on his wrist afterwards. Haute Time also reports the same reference for his 2025 final win over Alcaraz. Haute Time and Elite Traveler describe him as a Rolex family member or ambassador since 2020; we could not open Rolex's own page to check.
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | Where it's documented | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, 18k Everose gold, 40 mm, black Cerachrom bezel, Sundust dial, Oysterflex | 126515LN | Reported | Wimbledon final, July 12, 2026 (Haute Time, Elite Traveler, WatchTime, Gear Patrol, all July 13, 2026) and the 2025 final (Haute Time, July 14, 2025) | Retail $44,800 (Gear Patrol, July 13, 2026). Euro 43,200 (WatchTime) and GBP 37,450 (Elite Traveler, about $50,163 by its own conversion) |
| Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, same reference | 126515LN | Reported | Monte-Carlo Masters, April 12, 2026, per one outlet (We-Wealth, April 23, 2026) | See above |
| Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, yellow gold, Oysterflex | 126518LN | Uncertain | Named once by We-Wealth with no event or date | Not stated |
Prices conflict. Haute Time called the watch worth about $47,000 in July 2025, a valuation rather than a list price, and We-Wealth gave 40,000 to 55,000 euros in April 2026. Rolex raised its list prices by about 7% on January 1, 2026, with gold models rising most (our own report on the increases), and we found no official Rolex list price for the 126515LN, so check with an authorised dealer. A scout note and a search summary mention a Submariner Date for Sinner, which we could not open and which conflicts with the Daytona coverage, so we do not claim it.
Carlos Alcaraz (Rolex Testimonee, reportedly since 2022)
Alcaraz's watch history is better dated than Sinner's because of his earlier wins. Tatler Asia reports a steel Daytona at the 2022 US Open, a yellow gold meteorite-dial Daytona from 2023 and a Day-Date at the 2024 French Open and Olympics. From the 2025 Roland-Garros final he is reported with the turquoise-dial yellow gold Daytona that trade outlets and Phillips now call the “Alcaraz”. Rolex's own page named 2022 for his Testimonee start in a search summary, but the page returned an error when we fetched it, so treat the year as unverified.
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | Where it's documented | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, yellow gold, 40 mm, turquoise lacquer dial, black ceramic bezel, Oysterflex | 126518LN (listed by Phillips as 126518LN-0014) | Confirmed | Trophy ceremony, Roland-Garros final, June 8, 2025 (Monochrome, June 9 and August 13, 2025). A Phillips catalogue essay repeats the association. Also reported at the 2025 Wimbledon final (Haute Time) and the 2026 Australian Open final (Coronet, one outlet) | Euro 37,400 (Monochrome, August 13, 2025; date of the price not stated). No official US list price found |
| Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, steel, black ceramic bezel | 116500LN | Reported | 2022 US Open celebrations (Tatler Asia) | Discontinued; not priced |
| Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, yellow gold, meteorite dial | 116518LN-0076 | Reported | Worn from about 2023 per Tatler Asia, which gives mixed dates | Discontinued; not priced |
| Rolex Day-Date 40, yellow gold, black diamond-set dial, President bracelet | 228238 | Reported | 2024 French Open and the 2024 Olympics (Tatler Asia) | Not stated |
Three claims we do not rely on. Coronet says Rolex gave him the turquoise Daytona and had it engraved for his Roland-Garros win, which no other source we read repeats. Boss Hunting (September 4, 2026) says he wore a yellow gold “Le Mans” Daytona at the 2026 US Open with a price of about A$313,000 and no reference, which does not match anything else we found. And Pro Football Network (July 19, 2026) says he wore a “Rainbow Daytona” worth about $500,000 to the World Cup final, resting on fan posts, with a lead photo from the Miami Open in March 2026. All three are uncertain.
The Phillips “Alcaraz” lot (a market comparable, not his watch)
Phillips sold a turquoise-dial yellow gold Daytona in June 2026 under the name “Alcaraz”. Some coverage treats it as the watch he wore after his French Open win. The lot page does not say that. It says only that the model was spotted on his wrist, and it lists a Rolex guarantee card dated December 20, 2025, six months after the June 2025 final, so it cannot be the watch he wore on that day.
| Watch | Reference | Evidence | Where it's documented | Price (US) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rolex Cosmograph Daytona “Alcaraz”, 18k yellow gold, turquoise lacquer dial, Oysterflex, 40 mm | 126518LN-0014 (2025) | Confirmed | Phillips New York Watch Auction XIV, Lot 59. Partially stickered, with guarantee and box. Phillips calls it the first example to appear at public auction | Auction: $107,950 (estimate $40,000 to $80,000; the page does not say if premium is included; sale closed June 14, 2026 per our auction report) |
Wristcheck (July 2026) says the result was about two and a half times list but gives no list figure. A Sotheby's Hong Kong buy-now listing also uses the “Alcaraz” name, shows no price and makes no claim about ownership or Rolex's role, so “Alcaraz” is a trade nickname, not a Rolex edition. Treat the $107,950 as evidence of what the model fetches, not of what his own watch is worth.
Context: why the Daytona, and how to read tennis watch coverage
Testimonee, not owner-verified. Rolex calls its athletes Testimonees. The watches in event photos are what outlets identify; neither player nor Rolex has told us which watch is his own purchase and which is supplied. We found no tribute, limited edition or campaign piece tied to either player and keep the worn watches above separate from the lot.
Two golds, one family. Sinner's Everose Sundust watch is the pink-gold 126515LN. Alcaraz's turquoise watch is the yellow gold 126518LN. Both are 40 mm Oysterflex Daytonas with a black Cerachrom bezel. For the model's history see our Rolex Daytona page and the Rolex brand history, and for how the Daytona compares with its closest rival, our Speedmaster Professional vs Daytona comparison.
The Federer comparison. Roger Federer's tennis watches are far more varied, from a Datejust to a Sky-Dweller. See our Roger Federer watches guide. For recent sale prices see our October 2026 auction results, and for other wearers the famous people watches hub.
Myths and mix-ups, corrected
- “Alcaraz's watch sold at Phillips for $107,950.” The lot is a 2025 watch with a guarantee card dated December 20, 2025. The Phillips essay says only that the model was spotted on Alcaraz.
- “Alcaraz wore a $500,000 Rainbow Daytona to the World Cup final.” The claim rests on fan posts and an outlet's own estimate, and the lead photo is from another event. We found no primary confirmation.
- “Sinner wears a Submariner.” A June 2026 item and a search summary say so, but the Wimbledon coverage we read names only the Daytona. We could not verify it.
- “The ‘Alcaraz’ Daytona is a Rolex edition.” It is a trade nickname for the turquoise-dial 126518LN. We found no Rolex statement making it an edition.

Outlets report an Everose gold Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, ref. 126515LN, with a Sundust dial, after his July 12, 2026 final win over Alexander Zverev.
What watch does Carlos Alcaraz wear?
He is reported wearing a yellow gold Rolex Daytona, ref. 126518LN, with a turquoise dial, since the 2025 Roland-Garros final. Earlier reports name a steel 116500LN and a Day-Date.
