Time on the Move | Last updated November 4, 2026 | Policy

This policy describes how the site works today. It is general information, not legal advice.

This policy explains what information Time on the Move (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit www.timeonthemove.net, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Usage data. Our website platform and analytics tools record pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and referral source. We use it to understand which content is useful.
  • Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to measure visits. It sets cookies and records information such as pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location and referral source. We do not currently show a cookie banner or consent tool. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Search tools. We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. They give us aggregated information about how people find the site in search results. They do not place trackers on your browser through this site.
  • Messages you send. If you email timeonthemove91@gmail.com we receive your address and the message, and use it only to reply and to correct the site.
  • The Watch Finder quiz. Your answers are processed in your browser. They are stored only in the web address of the page so you can bookmark or share your result, and we do not receive or store them on our servers. The quiz may record anonymous interaction events (for example which result link you clicked) through the site's analytics.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

Some links lead to retailers and marketplaces. When you click one, the retailer or its affiliate network may set cookies to record that you came from us. Their own privacy policies govern what they collect. See our affiliate disclosure.

How we use information

To operate and improve the site, to measure which content is useful, to respond to messages, and to detect abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help run the site (hosting and analytics) and where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, and to object to certain processing. Email timeonthemove91@gmail.com to make a request. We do not target the EU, UK or California specifically, but we handle requests from anywhere.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
